![]() Designing Water Consequences (2008) : domestic hunting Globalize pollution has led to wild and farmed food no longer safe to eat. According to a research done recently by the University of Albany, the accumulated toxic in European farmed salmon is so high that it is advisable not to consume it more than twice a year so as avoid increased risk of cancer. With exploding human population and the developments of ‘in vitro’ food, the future is that we will have to possibly cultivate our own food within laboratory dishes. But before ‘in vitro’ food is being developed industrially and accepted for mass consumption, we must perhaps consider reigniting that innate hunting spirit within us, and reconnect once again, our source of food with our daily living. That will be the only way in ensuring our food is toxic free. |
